The grains contain 25% of protein, composed of all known amino acids, including essential or exogenous (not produced by the human body). Hemp protein is characterized by high digestibility. Grains are also a source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber (28%). A great source of unsaturated fatty acids: omega-3 and omega-6, in an ideal proportion of 3: 1 for the human body, and gamma-linolenic acid.
Usage method
Toast in a dry frying pan and grind, preferably right before consumption. Both prepared and raw grains can be added to any dish, like salads, dairy products, fruit juices and as a topping for sandwiches. Consume 1-3 tablespoons a day.
